It is necessary for businesses to have a plan in place to keep car parks and pathways safe throughout cold weather to reduce the risk of slips and falls.
How our service works:
We grit your site on a proactive basis when the temperature drops below 0°C or frost, ice or snow are forecast to occur.
We work closely with weather forecast providers who provide us with a live feed of forecast data to ensure we are gritting your site when necessary.
Gritting takes place between 18:00 and 06:00 depending on the forecast to ensure the least amount of disruption to your daily operations.
We only use white salt so that no residue is left and that dirt is not trodden into the building from grit.
We can provide reports as requested including GPS tracking data from our gritters, full-service details and the amount of time spent on site.
If required, we can also offer a pro-active snow clearance service.
