A natural twiner having heart-shaped, coriaceous, shiny leaves on long vines which should be staked or tied for hanging.
It can stand somewhat back from the windows, but the best growth is obtained in a light place without direct sunlight.
It requires much nourishment. Should be fertilised at every or every other watering. The lighter its locality the more it should be fertilised.
Prefers a warm location.
All year round.
