What is PlantCare’s Green Start Program?

At PlantCare, we wholeheartedly believe in the immense power that plants have to transforms spaces. As a result of this deep passion, we feel that children going through those formative years of school should have access to plenty of greenery!  We fully understand the financial pressures that schools have as and a result we have kickstarted our ‘Green Start Program’. This is where we donate pre-loved indoor plants to local schools which is proving to have a huge positive benefit already.

This initiative supports our efforts to reduce plant waste, promote sustainability, and give back to the communities we serve. Whether it’s one classroom or an entire hallway, we know that biophilic design in schools can make a lasting difference.

How it works?

We collect plants displays from end of contract and redistribute them to selected schools giving these plants a new life in nurturing environments.

How to apply?

If your school would like to be considered, simply complete the application form. We welcome applications from early years, primary, and secondary schools.

We’re proud to support schools with plants that encourage wellbeing, creativity, and concentration. Green Start is more than a donation – it’s a collaboration between PlantCare and our community to create healthier learning environments for all.
